It is very simple! You just have to log into the COURSES section and click on the LABORATORY 12 + 5 PLUS button – the 1° step of the course program. Then you will be automatically redirected to the payment page of the 1° step. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with your username and password to log in and access the private area of the platform.
First of all make sure you have installed properly the driver of your Microphone (if it is external) and/or make sure it is turned on (for both, internal or external ones). Then, for the LAB section, use the Chrome Browser and click on the “Allow Microphone” or “Always allow” button which will appear at the top of the page. Now everything should work fine. The software will save everything you have done until then. Even if you log in from another device, the work you have completed up to that moment will not be lost.

The Tutor Support for learning and receiving further assistance is included in the ACTION and CLASS steps. As LAB and SIT steps are designed for self-learning, you can receive tutor support only by acquiring it in the form of 30-minute packages, according to the time you need.
The learning materials become available class after class in the SIT and CLASS steps. In order to improve your skills even more, you can purchase a workbook with extra exercises which you can check together with your tutor in the CLASS step.
The Campus is an experience to practice Italian language in real life and find out more about our culture. After you have completed the Online course, you have the possibility to really experience ITALY – by working, studying, upgrading your personal capacities and in many other ways.

These softwares allows for student-tutor interactions, show you exactly at which point of learning you are and never let you feel left alone! Each student has a personal report card in Cloud which is visible only to the Tutor.

In order for the LAB software to work properly, use Google Chrome only as your browser. Download it here. If you continue having problems making the LAB work, make sure that the following steps have been taken: - use the Laboratory (LAB) on your computer and not on a Tablet or Smartphone - Try refreshing the page on which the LAB has stuck - Log out and restart using your login details. Don’t worry, the exercise is still there. - Delete all the cache on the browser (follow these instructions) - your internet connection is slow and/or not working properly – contact your Broadband (ADSL) provider. For the LAB software to work properly, only use Google Chrome and use the Laboratory on your computer and not on a Smartphone or Tablet. Make sure the microphone is working, the USB lead is working and plugged in to the computer properly. Check the computer has recognised your microphone’s driver. Check your computer’s audio mixer setting is active for your microphone.
The problems could be: - your internet connection is slow and/or not working properly. Contact your broadband (ADSL) provider. - the Language Naturally server seems slower than usual. This could depend on: - high volume of internet usage whilst you are connected – temporary hosting malfunction of the server supporting www.languagenaturally.org In this case contact technical assistance email@example.com
- Check the curser is showing and flashing in the form’s text box. - Check your computer’s USB/wireless keyboard is correctly installed in your computer. - Make sure all the system’s drivers on the computer are up to date, including the video driver. - Make sure you have installed the latest version or have updated the browser (Google Chrome)
- the streaming system converts the video loaded in the best format for progressive download streaming from any device and “ensures” the multibitrate service, giving every user a proficient connection and picture. If the video’s “buffering” is slow or intermittent, you should check the condition of your internet connection meticulously.
